Founded by transfers in 2011, the Transfer Student Organization (TSO) is a community of transfer students dedicated to providing academic and social support for its members.

 

Transferring to a new school presents challenges outside the realm of traditional advising and support structures and thus TSO was created. 

 

TSO now plays a central role in coordinating and staffing the New Student Orientation for transfers in order to foster relationships and integration into the Penn community.
